Bandana Realty has been serving Red River for over 29 years. Our staff consists of full time and part time residents. When people call to ask us about the weather, the layout of a rentals or a quick update on the real estate market we can give you a first hand answer or "get right back to you".
Ben and Lea Ann Butler, Qualifying Brokers, purchased Bandana in 2002 and while both have lived in New Mexico all of their lives and are happy to call Red River, "home", They both have extensive experience in property management and real estate sales.
Don Goforth - Real Estate Broker- Don of Goforth and Associates in Amarillo, keeps busy maintaining an office in Texas and listing properties for life long friends in Red River. As well as spending time at his cabin in the Red River Upper Valley. Amarillo has long been considered Red River's sister city. Don may be reached at his office in Texas!
Rounding out our staff is our Office Manager, Jan Davis, who has been with Bandana for over 27 years and handles our books as well as all office matters. Mary Robinson, in addition to being a top notch Reservationist, is in charge of maintenance. Sue McDonald, another top notch Reservationist is our all around "Jill of all trades" when it comes to keeping vacation rentals maintained!
